One Hundred 80 Degrees and Glitterville values our retail customers and strives to create partnerships that highlight our products and protect our brand in the marketplace. To ensure this goal One Hundred 80 degrees is unilaterally instituting the following policies.
One Hundred 80 degrees Requirements:
- Retailers must have a brick-and-mortar store, a booth within a larger storefront location or an active website with shopping cart (URL must be owned by the retailer). Products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay®, Google Shopping, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten, Mercari, and Wal-Mart or any other third-party page, internet auction or sales site. Products cannot be sold at second hand and/or thrift store businesses.
- One Hundred 80 degrees requires and an active mailing address, phone number and email address for all retailers. Retailers must have a Resale Tax ID that matches the name of their business.
- All items will be subject to MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing. The MAP price for 2023 will be 2.2 times the wholesale price of the item. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices and retailers may offer items at any price in excess of MAP. The company may choose to discontinue its business relationship with retailers that do not follow this policy.
- Products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay®, Google Shopping, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten, Mercari, and Wal-Mart or any other third-party page, internet auction or sales site. Products cannot be sold at second hand and/or thrift store businesses.
Glitterville Requirements:
- The Glitterville brand continues to grow and gain national recognition. The company strives to maintain the integrity of the brand and manage the distribution of the product. Retailers new to the Glitterville line must be approved by the company in coordination with the retailer’s local independent sales representative.
- We require retailers to have a physical brick and mortar location. We will not approve accounts that are online-only. Booths, shared spaces, and temporary pop ups are also not allowed. Effective 2023, if a new or existing Glitterville account carries products made to resemble Glitterville designs, the company reserves the right to review the account for order approval. If a brick-and-mortar retailer has their own website for online ordering, they will remain an active customer.
- Products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay®, Google Shopping, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten, Mercari, and Wal-Mart or any other third-party page, internet auction or sales site. Products cannot be sold at second hand and/or thrift store businesses.
- Glitterville requires and an active mailing address, phone number and email address for all retailers. Retailers must have a Resale Tax ID that matches the name of their business.
- All items will be subject to MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing. The MAP price for 2023 will be 2.2 times the wholesale price of the item. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices and retailers may offer items at any price in excess of MAP. Sales and Promotions are not allowed on all item numbers beginning with CS, GM, VI, WI. In general, advertised sales of any Glitterville products are discouraged. The company may choose to discontinue its business relationship with retailers that do not follow this policy.
180 Annual Minimum: $750 Glitterville Annual Minimum: $1250

Interior Designer Requirements:
- Must be an accredited designer or design business. 180 and Glitterville products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay®, Google Shopping, Sears, Newegg, Rakuten, and Wal-Mart or any other third-party page, internet auction or sales site. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by the company.
- One Hundred 80 degrees requires and an active mailing address, phone number and email address for all designers. Designers must have a Resale Tax ID that matches the name of their business.
- Minimum annual opening order for 180 is $1500.
- Minimum annual opening order for Glitterville is $2500.
- All items will be subject to MAP (minimum advertised price) pricing. The MAP price for 2023 will be 2.2 times the wholesale price of the item. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices and designers may offer items at any price in excess of MAP. The company may choose to discontinue its business relationship with designers that do not follow this policy.

As of January 2023, designers new to the Glitterville line must be approved by the company in coordination with the retailer’s local independent sales representative.

- All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified.
- Freight charges will be included on the invoice.
- LTL may be used for larger shipments in which case a separate freight invoice will be issued after we receive the bill from the shipper.

- Orders must include cancellation dates. We cannot anticipate individual customer’s expectations. If no
