One Hundred 80 Degrees values our retail customers and strives to create partnerships that highlight our products and protect our brand in the marketplace. To ensure this goal One Hundred 80 degrees is unilaterally instituting the following policies.
One Hundred 80 degrees Requirements:
Retailers must have a brick-and- mortar store, or an authorized online shopping website owned and serviced by the operator.
Products cannot be offered for resale through any third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Google Shopping, Sears, Wal-Mart- Newegg, or any other third-party shopping platform. Products cannot be sold on any internet auction or sales site including secondhand stores or thrift stores.
One Hundred 80 Degrees requires an active mailing address, phone number and email address for all retailers, designers and authorized online sellers. Retailers must have a Resale Tax ID that matches the name of their business.
Must Be an Approved Online Dealer: Only One Hundred 80 degrees Dealers that have been authorized in writing by One Hundred 80 degrees are permitted to sell One Hundred 80 degrees Products via the Internet (herein, an “Authorized Online Dealer”), and such approval shall be limited to those One Hundred 80 degrees Products as are specified in a current Online Dealer Authorization Letter signed by One Hundred 80 degrees. Any such authorization shall be personal to the applicable dealer listed and may not be assigned or transferred by such dealer. In addition, no Authorized Online Dealer shall sell or market One Hundred 80 degrees Products through any “Third Party Marketplaces” without a separate written authorization from One Hundred 80 degrees. Once authorized to sell One Hundred 80 degrees via the internet, provide a signed copy of the E-Commerce Sellers Agreement as well as the Online Disclosure.
Agreement before placing any items online. All authorized dealers must comply with the 2.5 MAP pricing policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders must include cancellation dates. We cannot anticipate individual customer’s expectations. If no cancel dates are provided, the cancel date reflected on the table above will be used. One Hundred and 80 Degrees reserves the right to modify dates. No cancellations or changes can be made to an order once it has been sent to our third-party warehouse for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER TERMS
- Minimum order $1,000 per order
- Prepayment in the form of a wire transfer or US credit card before shipment.
- Provide US Freight Forwarder with contact information including name, address, phone and email contact.
